If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 15 days from the day the order arrived. All items are exchangeable for store credit only.

    Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for up to one year from the date they were issued.

    We currently do not make exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product afterwards.

    Returning your online purchase:
    • Items must be returned unused in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with tags still attached.
    • Make sure to return the item in such a way that the original packaging will remain undamaged.
    • Do not put the original invoice in the box.
    • If the mistake is on our side, make sure you stick to the box the UPS label and the proforma we sent you.

    Return costs

    Unless the mistake is on our side, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
